Orders
Last Footwear will confirm your order by email with details of all costs dispatch and delivery dates of the goods you have requested. You can choose to submit an order/inquiry if you want to have a quote on a made to order product.

Freight postage & handling prices
Delivery within New Zealand per pair of footwear or bag, $10.00 per item. Australia $20.00 per item. Other countries we will contact you by email with the cost, if above $20.00 per item.

Dispatch
We dispatch goods after we have processed the payment. If the item is not in stock there maybe up to a four week delay which we will inform you of.  (If paying by personal cheque we will dispatch as soon as cheque is cleared.)

Returns
For defective products or goods supplied by us incorrectly, on receipt of the returned goods, we will either replace the goods and refund the shipping fees or refund the full purchase price including shipping fees.

If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by e-mailing us on This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within this time as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our postal insurer.

Because most of our products are made from leather, the items you recieve may have some irregularities and variations in colour and texture in comparison to the photographs on the web site. This is characteristic of leather as no two skins are exactly the same. This adds to the character of our products.

The information we collect about you when you make a purchase is for our purposes only. That information will NOT be passed on to any third party.
We may use the information you give us to contact you in the future to advise of a special offer or tell you of an important announcement from Last Footwear.
